Care plans
A website isn’t finished the day it goes live. On a Care plan I keep yours safe, up to date and working. You also get someone to turn to who knows your site and your business, whenever something online doesn’t make sense.
Not sure if that email from “Google” is real? Wondering whether the Yell upsell is worth it? Need your Christmas hours changed? Just ask me. If it’s about your business being online, I’m here for it. (Your printer, sadly, is on its own.)
No contract and no notice period: cancel by the last day of the month and you won’t pay for the next one.

When someone recommends you, people search for your name. Often the first thing they see is your Google profile: your reviews, your opening hours, your photos and your phone number.
You don’t need a website from me for this. Whether your site is fine as it is or you don’t have one yet, I can set up your Google profile and keep it up to date.

Questions people ask
How can you give a fixed price?
Because I’ve fixed how I work, not what your site looks like. Every site is designed around your business and your brand, but the process behind it is the same every time: one platform, one way of working, and nothing built from scratch. I know exactly how long each step takes, so I can tell you the price up front.
What is the free homepage mockup?
After our chat, I design your homepage so you can see the look, layout and colours, with placeholder words. If you like it, you pay half and we start. If you don’t, you owe nothing. It’s included with Business and Complete.
Why are your prices lower than most?
It’s just me, working from home: no office, no staff and no sales team. I keep the process the same every time, so I can charge fairly and still do a proper job.
Could the price change once we’ve started?
Only if the project changes. After a free chat, you get a written quote confirming your package and price before any work starts. If you later ask for something the package doesn’t include, such as extra pages or a booking system, I’ll tell you what it costs and you decide. Nothing gets added to your bill without your say-so.
What if I want changes along the way?
Two rounds of changes are included at each stage, so you can shape the words and the design until they feel right. Most people need fewer.
How do I pay?
I’ll email you an invoice, and you can pay by card or bank transfer, whichever suits you. Half is due when we start, and the other half when your site is ready to go live. Care plans are paid monthly by card, at the start of each month. There’s no contract or notice period: cancel by the last day of the month and you won’t be charged for the next one.
How long does it take?
5 working days once I have everything I need from you: your details, photos and feedback. The quicker those come in, the quicker you’re live.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. I can rebuild it on WordPress, carry over what’s worth keeping and make sure you don’t lose the Google rankings you already have.
Do I need to sort out hosting myself?
You set it up in your own name, but not on your own. I’ll recommend a good, affordable host and walk you through it step by step on a call, then you give me access. That way it always belongs to you.
What happens when the included Care months end?
I’ll check in with you before they run out. If you’d like me to keep looking after your site, it carries on monthly, with no contract. If not, no hard feelings.
What counts as a quick change?
Small updates that take me a few minutes: new opening hours, a different phone number, an updated price or a new photo. Bigger jobs, like a new section or a rewritten page, are covered by the hour of changes in Care Plus, or I’ll quote you first.
