What people see first
Search for a local business and Google shows a box with their reviews, opening hours, photos and phone number, often above their website. For many people that box is the whole decision: call, or move on to the next name.
Old hours, a few photos from years ago and unanswered reviews make a business look like it might not be around any more. Keeping a profile fresh takes about an hour a month. That hour is the part I do.

How it works
Three steps, mostly mine
- A 15-minute video call. You sign in to Google and we claim or create your profile together. Google needs the owner to verify it, usually with a short video on your phone.
- You add me as a Manager. You stay the owner, so the profile is always yours, and you can remove me at any time.
- I do the rest. I fill in everything else and write your first post. On Profile Care, I keep it up to date every month.
FAQ
Questions
Will this get me to the top of Google?
I can’t promise that, and nobody honest can: Google decides the order. What I can do is keep your profile complete, accurate and active, which is what Google asks every business to do.
Who owns the profile?
You do. You stay the owner and add me as a Manager. A Manager can’t remove you or delete the profile, and you can remove me whenever you like.
Can you get me more reviews?
I’ll give you a review link, a ready-to-send review message and a review card with a QR code, printed and delivered if you like, so asking a customer takes seconds. I won’t buy reviews, write them, or only ask the happy customers. Google bans all three and can remove reviews or suspend a profile for it.
Do I need a website from you?
No. Profile Setup and Profile Care work on their own, whoever made your website, and even if you don’t have one. If you’d like a website later, Profile Setup is included in the Business and Complete packages.
How do I cancel Profile Care?
Email me by the last day of the month and you won’t pay for the next one. No contract and no notice period.
